This note is a bit past-due but I want to
express my
appreciation and delight with the services I and my
family received on several visits to your facility.
In particular...your employee Alise she is
spectacular. In early December 2006 immediately after
one of my visits to your facility I called your 800
customer service number for the purpose of advising
the senior management team for Hampton Inn's of the
exceptional service I received and to share with them
the exceptional service, professionalism and customer
service Alise exhibited. Hampton Inn's Customer
Service assured me that you would get a report of may
complimentary comments and that they would be passed
down to Alise. I have been to your facility many times
and during my last visit I asked Alise if she had
received any feed-back about my comments, she had not.
It is obvious that you do an excellent job
recruiting, training and coaching. Your staff truly
reflects it!
Prior to my relocating to Florida I worked 25+ years
for a fortune 100 company and one of the areas of
responsibility included Corporate Travel, my reason
for sharing this information is to say that it is my
professional opinion that your facility meets all the
criteria; location, service, and most important
safety/risk management policy to be included on any
company's approved list of places to stay.
As a result of the exceptional service...and Alise's
professionalism I have recommended your facility to
many of my friends, all that have been there. They
too agree with me.
