My friends and I planned a trip to Costa Rica during the week of April 7th, 2008.  We planned on flying out of Newark Airport and needed a hotel close in proximity due to our early flight on Thursday, April 10th.  I phoned you a few weeks before our trip and you were very accommodating in supplying us with 8 rooms for Wednesday, April 9th.  We noticed that your property was very well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.  The check-in process was very seamless and your front desk help was well prepared for our arrival.  I was pleasantly surprised when you offered us the option to leave our cars on your safely protected property and recommended transportation to and from the Newark Airport.  Your morning driver was prompt and eager to get us to the airport for our early am flight and when we arrived back in Newark, it was simply a phone call that we made to one of your managers (Christina Freeman), who was also just as courteous and prompt at picking us from the Airport on Sunday evening.  I personally do allot of traveling for business purposes and stay at many hotels, mainly Hampton Inns.  However, during my travels I have not encountered a Hampton Inn as nice as your property with a well trained and courteous staff.  I want to personally thank you for making our trip a success from beginning to end.  You and your staff certainly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I would recommend your hotel to anyone staying in the North Jersey/New York area or flying in and out of Newark Airport.
