Hello Mr. Ludes

A few weeks ago I stayed at your Hampton Inn while I attend an exhibit at the Raritan Center in NJ.  I just wanted to take a moment to compliment you and your staff.  From the folks at the front desk to the shuttle bus driver, everyone had a friendly, positive attitude and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.  Due to the people, it was a real pleasure to stay at your hotel.  Their was, in particular, one young lady at the front desk, who was very knowledgeable and very helpful.  Unfortunately, I do not know her name.
However, I did want you to know that I am an international traveler and it is a rare experience that I actually enjoy a hotel staying experience.
